   I am using the trx to "mix-up" my workouts. It is very humbling! If you do the exercises listed in the book and/or dvd that it comes with, especially the lunges/leg exercises, they are very difficult. It is also great for working on stability and balance. It also has GREAT core exercises. The only issue I have with the TRX, and this might be misuse by my part, is the exercises that you have to hook your feet in the loops. I recommend the trx and am happy with my purchase TRX Suspension Pro Pack. The best deal around is through amazon.

   
   

2. My favorite fitness equipment, ever.

   Yes, it's incredibly effective at working the whole body in a very functional way, engaging several muscle groups at once across all planes of motion. The results are dramatic and fast. Results you can see and feel. But the thing that really sets the TRX apart for me is the fun factor. If I don't truly enjoy a workout, I won't stick with it for the long haul, no matter how amazing the results. The variety of movements possible on the TRX is incredible; I add new ones to my routine all the time, which makes it easy to mix things up. Each exercise challenges me in new ways, and each one is fun. In truth, even if I didn't see such dramatic long term results, I would use the TRX just for the sheer joy of it.

   I have been working with TRX for the last year at the gym and just recently purchased my own for home use. TRX is one of the most versatile pieces of workout equipment you can own. There are dozens of exercises you can do to work out virtually all parts of your body. You can vary the difficulty simply by moving your body in a different position. TRX is totally portable and can be used just about anywhere, especially using the over-the-door anchor. I also highly recommend the X-mount for ceiling use TRX Suspension Pro Pack. The ceiling mount allows free movement in any direction and is VERY sturdy and inconspicuous. Give TRX a try...you won't be sorry!

   What I absolutely love about the TRX is that it is completely up to you. Completely up to you to set it up, use it, and bring it with you when you travel. It's easy to do all of that. The results? If you push the last few reps when you are burning, you will get them. Like anything else. I am a triathlete and use the TRX regularly to supplement my SBR routines and although still do weights, all the stabilization work on the TRX has (knock on wood) given me injury free results. I also come from having had two back surgeries and a knee surgery. Training with body weight intelligently is phenomenal and trx's videos and community make it easy to build an intelligent program. I travel back and forth between the city and country and throw the TRX in it's little bag that it comes with. IT's that simple and i look forward to 'playing on it' working out with it... it's one of the only pieces of training equipment that i have used that is literally fun to play around with. If you are on the fence about it, don't be. Go for TRX Suspension Pro Pack.

   I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to expand their fitness needs or to those just starting out. It's an incredible product that uses your own bodyweight to challenge your muscles. Since you're using your own bodyweight it is extremely adaptable and adjustable. You control how much of your bodyweight you are actually using to make it harder or easier.
   
   PLUS you can take the TRX anywhere! You can tie it up on a tree, playground equipment, basketball hoops, basically anything that is stable. They even have a door anchor that allows you to slip it over a door, shut the door, and you can use it anywhere indoors (home, hotel, etc.) You can say goodbye to your gym membership and save some buckaroos using this piece of equipment.
